Translation :

I shall reverentially prostrate before our preceptor and the succession of preceptors, I shall prostrate before supreme Lord Lakshminatha along with Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi, I shall always meditate upon supreme Lord Rama and I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who is the source of Universe and its living beings,  and his lotus feet are sought by all, he is unfathomable, he is beyond human intellect, he is absolute truth, hence I shall always meditate upon supreme Lord Rama and I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, he is the essence of soul, he is independent, he is the source of power, he is mighty Lord who is contemplated upon by all, hence I shall always meditate upon supreme Lord Rama and I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, he is eternal, he is store house of virtues, he has personified on Earth and performed various pastimes, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who symbolizes virtues, morality, he has performed various amusements in order to impart the knowledge of self, hence I shall recite his glories, contemplate and worship him, I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who is the source of all righteous deeds, he undertakes the essential functions of the Universe, he is the protector of living beings, he is omnipresent, he is the creator and protector of living beings and Universe, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who has personified as Vasudeva/protector of the Universe and its living beings, he represents all the deities, he is the cause for all the great causes, he is supreme spirit, he represents Chathurvimshathimoorthi/24 incarnations, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who is desired  and served by the liberated souls in the supreme abode of Sri Vaikundham, he is supreme Lord whose lotus feet are yearned by Mumukshu, he represents Trinities hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who has personified as Manu and King in order to reinstate the glories of Shruthi, he is primordial, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who is divine personified as Rishi and has undertaken journey through the dense wood, he resides as soul in living beings, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who has various personifications,  he is all pervading, he has various sacred names, he is primeval deity, he is most promising, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who has embodied as Mathsya/giant fish, he sincerely follows righteousness, he is the protector as well as the source of happiness of living beings, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who is Purushoththama, he is divine personified assumes various forms according to his will,  hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who has assumed marvelous form which is capable  for visualize, worship, and touch, he has personified on Earth in order to calm the distressed and desolate people, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama,who resembles to precious pearl on the oyster shell, born as son of Devi Kaushalya, he appears as precious ornament on the neck of Goddess Janaki, he holds Goddess Janaki on his chest, he has the resemblance to Mukthaphala, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who has protected the grand fire sacrifices of Sage Vishvamithra, he liberated demon Thadaka, he removed the curse of Devi Ahalya, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who crushed the powerful bow Pinaka, he symbolizes wealth and prosperity, he is dearest darling of Janaki, he crushed the pride of Jamadhagnya/Parashurama, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who was chosen to sworn as the King of Ayodhya was later discarded by Kaikeyi, he gladly proceeded to woods in order to sincerely follow the promise given to his father, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who embraced the form of an ascetic, matted hair locks, saffron robe and wielded in powerful bow and arrows, he was followed by  Janaki and Lakshmana, he resided in the peaks of Chithrakoota, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama,  who has performed various pastimes in the Panchavati, he is most celebrated by the illustrious Rishis and Sages, he explored through he dense wood of Dhandakavana, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, he crushed the pride of Khara and Dhooshana, he destroyed wicked demons, Shoorpanakha  was attracted by the mesmerizing beauty of Rama, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, he killed Mareecha who was disguised as golden deer and enticed Devi Seetha, he lamented at the separation of Goddess Seetha, he was tormented at the separation of her, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who conducted rigorous search for Devi  Seetha, he was followed by Lakshmana who was wielded in powerful bow and arrows, and they arrived at the banks of river Pamba, he has given Moksha to Jatayu and Kabandha, harmony between Rama and Hanuman took place, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who crowned Sugreevah as king of Kishkindha, he is Lord of Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi, he is the slayer of Vali, he pacified Angadha who is  son of Vali, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who engaged in the rigorous search of Goddess Sita with Hanuman and all the monkey warriors, Hanuman was assigned as emissary to Lanka with the ring of Rama, he sportively crushed the mighty demons, he burnt the city of Lanka into ashes, he is extremely valorous, I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama who was extremely furious arrived in the city of Lanka and mercilessly killed Ravana, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama who is the protector of Goddess Janaki, he crowned Vibheeshana as King of Lanka, he returned to the Kingdom of Ayodhya in a grand flower chariot, I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who was crowned as King of Ayodhya, he is the delight of Devi Kaushalya, his sacred names are capable to purify the souls, I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama, who is the performer of Yajja, he accepts oblation from fire sacrifices, he is Maheshvara who is the Lord of Yajja, he liberated Ayodhya and its subjects, he is most charming, he symbolizes good fortune, and  auspiciousness, he is highly honorable, hence I shall take refugee under the lotus feet of Lord Rama.  Whoever reads or listens to the glorious verses praising the splendor of supreme Lord Rama and Ashtaksharamanthra would be liberated from repeated births, Oh! Deva, Oh! Rama, I shall take refugee at your lotus feet.
