Lord Hanuman : The incarnation of God Shiva
Om namo bhagwathe saptha vadanaya sapthama manisha mukhaya rudravatharaya, “Offering to the seven faced one whose seventh face is that of a man, who is the incarnation of Rudra" ~ saptmukhi Hanumat kavacham This is a Fact that Lord Shiva never took incarnations, He either changed his form ( Vrishab avatar, Sharab avatar) or Sent his anshavatars (Virabhadra, Kaal bhairav etc). But Lord Hanuman is an entirely different case, because The purpose of his birth was nothing, but to serve The lord of The universe, Prabhu Shri Ram. For that purpose, Lord Shiva himself incarnated on the planet, From the womb of Mother anjana, as Lord Hanuman Himself.
